Absolution Brewing Company – Trivia Night Recap

Pa's Peninsula Peeps controlled this one from start to finish, building a lead with a 12 in Round 4 and an 18 in Round 5 before dropping a perfect 20 in the final. That was about as emphatic a closing statement as you can make.

DaNile stayed within striking distance throughout, matching the leaders with a 12 in Round 4 and putting together a steady night overall. Their 10 in the final wasn't enough to close the gap, but it secured a comfortable second.

Millenial Palcon quietly put together a strong night, recovering from a modest opening stretch with a 17 in Round 5. They kept chipping away through the remaining rounds and added 10 in the final to finish solidly.

Beach Cats followed a similar path, sitting tied at 24 after Round 4 before falling a little behind in the middle rounds. A 5 in the final kept them from making a late charge, but they still held onto a respectable finish.

Real Quiz Wives of Torrance had perhaps the strangest route to the finish, opening with just 3 points through two rounds and another zero in Round 4. Then came a 19 in Round 5, which finally got the engine started. A 10 in the final completed the recovery.

Eggplant had some early momentum before a -4 in Round 4 put them behind, and the recovery never really materialized. After reaching 24 through seven rounds, a -5 final was a particularly rude way to end the evening.
