Munchkins grabbed second with 61 points, which is impressive considering they spent most of the night one glazed donut short of a dozen correct answers.
DaNile (069) refused to accept their fate (or their wrong answers) and finished third with 60, clinging to that middle ground like the team name suggests.
Real Quiz Wives of Torrance (130) brought the drama and the decent guesses, wrapping the night with 51 points — not bad, but let’s be honest, it’s no season finale material.
One Hour Hotdogg (070) ended at 35, which coincidentally is also the average number of minutes it takes them to answer a question.
Your Brain On Ale (051) closed with 32, proving that alcohol and cognition continue to have a complicated, mostly one-sided relationship.
A fine showing all around — trivia was played, wagers were made, and Pa’s Peeps once again made everyone wonder if maybe a third beer would have helped.
